The legendary psychic planet, it exists at close proximity to a nexus point allowing unusual access to the space time continuum. It is in actual fact a planet-sized cloud of raw psychic energy, more analogous to a living brain, and that energy can be used, by those who know how, to increase their own mental powers almost to infinity. It has no sentience of its own, making it easy prey for those who would abuse the wondrous power it contains. However, due to its perilous positioning within the galaxy, few would-be manipulators dare risk approaching it. To use the power inaccurately could result in devastation for a large part of the cosmos and its inhabitants.
