The Space Security Service force was used to protect the citizens of the Allied Worlds at the time that Mavic Chen betrayed the solar system to the Daleks. Dedicated, highly trained and conditioned never to question their superiors, the SSS agents were held in great esteem by the people of that era. Its commander-in-chief was Karlton, who was also in league with Chen and amongst its agents were Sara Kingdom, Bret Vyon, Marc Cory, Jeff Garvey, Borkar and Kert Gantry.
