A planet within the Milky Way. For many years believed to be the outermost planet, the whole human race were transported there by the Usurian Company, having discovered that the Mars colonies were uneconomic. The Company built six cities, or Megropolises, on Pluto, each powered by an artificial sun. When this proved uneconomic as well, the Usurians prepared to leave. When the suns died, starved of energy, so too would the humans. The Doctor inspired a revolution and thwarted the Company, leaving the humans to find a way back to Earth to begin anew.
