mystery of the marie celeste
The Marie Celeste was a ship which left New York harbour in November of 1872, only to be found a month later near Portugal, empty. Food was laid on tables, half-eaten, wine in glasses and personal belongings intact. It was as if everyone had just vanished suddenly. This is exactly what happened because a Dalek time ship had arrived on deck, chasing the Doctor's TARDIS. As the crews from the two time craft chased each other around the boat, the crew of the Marie Celeste, completely terrified by the alien appearance of the Daleks, all jumped overboard to their deaths.
