Inhabitants of the planet Morok. The Morok Empire had spread throughout its sector via the use of Zaphra gas, which paralysed their enemies. However, the empire was now beginning to falter. They dominated the planet Xeros, using the adult population as slaves on other planets. They set up a permanent museum on Xeros to honour their achievements, with trophies and exhibits of past victories. One such exhibit was a Dalek. With the Doctor's help, a resistance group made up from Xeron youths reclaimed their planet from the Moroks who had become indolent. The exhausted Morok Empire fell.
