Inhabitants of the planet Morestra, who were responsible for a large empire in their sector of space. Their star system was in grave danger as their sun was dying, and the Morestran people were trying to find new forms of energy with which to replenish it. One of their science teams removed minerals from Zeta Minor, but the planet was guarded by an anti-matter monster. The Doctor returned all the mineral samples to Zeta Minor and recommended the Morestrans look into deriving new energy from the kinetic force of planetary movement. A Morestran was amongst the Dalek slaves on Skaro when they were fighting the Movellans.
