A planet visited by the Time Lords very shortly after they had mastered time travel. The Time Lords set themselves up as gods to the Minyans, giving them scientific advances way ahead of their natural evolution. As a result, the Minyans threw the Time Lords off Minyos and devastated the planet through a nuclear war. This event directly led to the Time Lords' policy of non-interference. Minyos II was established by the survivors who sent ships out to retrieve the Minyan race banks aboard the missing P7E ship.
