Industrialist specialising in protein production on the planet Necros, where she was working with the Great Healer to boost the planet's economy. Aware that the Great Healer was really Davros, Kara employed the assassin Orcini to kill him, enabling her to take over his business and thereby dominate the planet. Davros was aware of this all the time and had the Daleks bring her to him. Confronted by Davros and an injured Orcini, Kara swiftly realised her plans were ruined and threatened revenge on Orcini, who stabbed her.
