Inhabitants of the planet Inter Minor, they were highly xenophobic after a space plague had infected their population. The new President, Zarb, however, was keen to bring alien visitors back to Inter Minor. There were two distinct species of Inter Minorian; the grey-skinned Minorians - the planet's leader and officials - and the Functionaries, low-intellect workers employed by the Minorian officials. Zarb's brother, a minor official called Kalik, did not agree with the President, nor the softer approach taken with the striking Functionaries. He hoped to use the escape of the Drashigs from Vorg's Miniscope to discredit Zarb and take control. Kalik was eaten by a Drashig.
