Pompous and greedy collector of taxes in Megropolis One, one of the large cities on Pluto that the Usurians had made habitable for humanity. Hade was responsible for ensuring that all the workers paid their dues, regardless of whether they could afford to or not, and was answerable only to the Collector, his Usurian master. When the people of Megropolis One revolted, Hade found them standing on top of his palace but when he tried to chase them away, they threw him off the top of the building.
