A planet within the Milky Way which was the homeworld of the shape-shifting Rutans. For centuries, the Rutans were at war with the Sontarans. Their battles stretched across much of the galaxy. The planet is a strong mixture of water and land, with a low temperature. As a result it is covered in a blanket of fog. Its structure is crystalline in nature, and the Rutans use the same technology for their spaceships.
