A planet visited by the Doctor and Susan Foreman four or five adventures prior to their five month stay on twentieth century Earth. Susan says that they almost became separated from the TARDIS while there. Whether this really is in a 'fourth universe' or whether this is a colloquial name for some region in space or time is unclear.
