Humanoid inhabitants of the planet Lurma in the Inner Constellation, part of the Acteon Galaxy. If Vorg, the Lurman showman, was typical of his people, they could well have been prone to exaggeration. Vorg was a particularly colourful and verbose showman and trickster who won his Miniscope at the Great Wallarian Exhibition. It is understood that Lurmans had National Service on their planet, although it may not have been limited to just humanoid Lurmans, as Vorg notes that his sergeant in the 14th Heavy Lasers was a crustacoid mercenary.
