A planet within the Milky Way and the Pliny system, where the space prospector Milo Clancey owned mines once full of Argonite. The Interstella Space Corps believed Clancey to be behind a spate of space piracy. The real Pirates, led by Maurice Caven, framed Clancey by dumping some of the stolen cargo in orbit above Lobos, including the TARDIS. The Pirates real base was the planet Ta, where Clancey and the Doctor were Caven's prisoners. The Interstella Space Corps eventually arrived and freed the Doctor, who had to face a journey with Clancey back to Lobos to retrieve the TARDIS.
