A planet within the Milky Way, dominated by the Daleks. Its lush vegetation was augmented by the imported Varga plants, whose lethal spikes could alter their victims' biochemistry, turning them into Varga plants. The Daleks used Kembel as their base on which to hold meetings with the Outer Galactic Alliance representatives. On Kembel, the Doctor stole the Taranium Core from Mavic Chen and only returned when the Daleks threatened to exterminate his friends. SSS Agent Sara Kingdom activated the Time Destructor on Kembel, aging to death the planet and everything on it, herself included.
