An Earth-like planet visited by the Doctor. He discovered the scientist Magellan was conducting unethical experiments on the reptilian Morlox and reported him to the authorities. Many years later the Doctor returned to discover that an old man known as the Borad had made the planet a totalitarian state. He was on the verge of declaring war with the neighbouring Bandrils. The Borad was a front for Magellan, now half-Karfelon half-Morlox. He had created the Timelash and had prepared to let the Karfelons be destroyed by the Bandrils. He could then repopulate the planet with more Karfelon Morlox hybrids.
