A planet within the Milky Way, a tropical paradise, according to Romana. A member of its Third Galactic Fleet was captured and put to work for the Daleks on Skaro. The task was to excavate the old ruined Kaled city in an attempt to locate Davros, while the Daleks attempted to overcome the robotic Movellan forces. The Kantrian died of malnutrition and exhaustion rather than the radiation sickness the Doctor would have expected. He was buried on the planet's surface by his fellow co-workers.
