A planet within the Milky Way, run peacefully for many years by Azmael, the master of Jaconda. Azmael was an old tutor of the Doctor's from the Time Lord Academy. Jaconda was overrun by the alien Gastropods, led by Mestor. Azmael was forced to kidnap two human children and use their mathematical skill to successfully collide Jaconda's sun with a neighbouring planet. This would enable Mestor to spread his eggs throughout the galaxy in the resultant explosion. Azmael locked his mind with Mestor's and then triggered a thirteenth regeneration attempt, killing both of them. A human called Hugo Lang remained on Jaconda to become the new master.
