A bio-mechanoid placed in the caverns beneath Iceworld, the portion of Svartos where the Proamon criminal Kane was imprisoned. The bio-mechanoid had within its skull the dragonfire, the key to Kane's release but this was protected by booby traps. When the dragon was destroyed, Kane's mercenaries tried to remove the dragonfire, but it killed them. However, its power spent, the Doctor was able to remove it and give it to Kane. He also proved that Kane's plans for revenge were futile as Proamon had been destroyed thousands of years previously.
