A planet within the Milky Way and home to a vast galactic empire. After many decades of peace, war broke out. The Doctor was once made a noble of the Draconian Court by the fifteenth Emperor, after he found the cure to a space plague. He was again instrumental in preventing a second war with mankind. Both Earth and Draconia had apparently breached the frontier that had been established in space. Both empires were being set up by the Master, by way of the Ogrons. The Master was himself being used by the Daleks.
