One of the original group who set up the Greatest Show in the Galaxy, the famous travelling Psychic Circus that went from planet to planet entertaining people. However, when the circus was taken over by the Gods of Ragnarok, the Chief Clown became their main agent for evil, tracking down his former associates and either forcing them to work for the Gods or killing them. Once considered amongst the greatest entertainers, he became a twisted, malevolent person who enjoyed seeing people hurt far more than seeing them laugh. He was eventually killed by one of Bellboy's huge robots.
